On the entrance floor you have an open floorplan between the kitchen and living room with direct access to the garden and outdoor area, perfect for socializing with family and friends. The entrance floor also suits one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, guest toilet, home office and a dining room.

From the living room and kitchen, you have direct access to the wonderful garden and outdoor area with a private pool (heated at extra cost), sun loungers, barbecue, dining table and lounge area. Enjoy the fantastic weather, refreshing swims in the pool, relaxing time in the lounge area, cozy lunch, or dinner at the outdoor dining table.

One stair up, the highest level of the house, suits Master bedroom with a walk-in closet and direct access to a balcony to relax and enjoy a morning coffee before the day starts. This level also suits two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with shower and bathtub and one bathroom with bathtub.

In the lowest level you will find one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, laundry room and the entrance to the garage.
