A smaller but smartly planned kitchen with a breakfast bar and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking.

Between the kitchen and living room you have a dining area for four people.

Living room with sofa bed, armchair and smart TV. In the living room there are also curtains that you can use and create an extra bedroom for two people.

Spacious glazed balcony with sofa and two armchairs. The windows are foldable and can be opened up completely.

Air conditioning is available in the bedroom and living room / kitchen.

One bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes and access to a smaller balcony overlooking the mountains.

Location
The accommodation is located on the first shoreline with only a few meters to the beach as well as proximity to restaurants, shops and walking distance to shopping center Miramar.

Pool
Community pool is available all year around (not heated). Please note that the property's community is responsible for pool opening hours and may temporarily close the pool for maintenance, water restriction from authorities or similar.
